Story:Raju Pardesi lives a bad life in the village with his cruel stepmother and decides to move to Mumbai to improve his life. Upon arrival, he is greeted by his friend Happy Singh, who arranges accommodation with Strict Mistress Mai. Raju likes to help people by fighting and even losing out with a professional fighter so he can help others with money. One day, she returns to her room and is occupied by a runaway girlfriend, Chinni Chopra, who refuses to marry Narendra, the man her father chose for her. Finally, Raju and Chinni fall in love with each other, unfortunately for Mr. Chopre, who meets Raju and asks him to raise a rupee worth one million dollars in one year, and then Chinni can just get married. Raju accepts the challenge and leaves. Towards the end of the year, Chinni receives a letter from Raju stating that he has managed to collect the prescribed amount and that he is returning to Mumbai for the wedding. But Raju does not come and is no longer heard from him. She decides to travel to Darjeeling to find out where Raju is, just when she sees Raju marry a woman named Karuna. Chinni will also learn that Raju did not earn that money, but the money was stolen. Chopra will also come later and accuse Raju of stealing 5 rupees from Chinni. The question remains: where does Raju get his money from and why does he marry Karuna?
